This is for the purchase of a single 1 hour Skype lesson!
With music industry experience in many areas and styles, having taught for The Academy of Contemporary Music & DK Music Academy (UK) at Degree and A level. I have performed and toured in musical theatre shows (Sister Act, Spring Awakening, Tommy, Rock Of Ages, Dogfight), pop artists/songwriters (Kavana, Leanne Jarvis (The Voice), Doll Duncan), tribute tours (The Who, 80's rock, 1940's/50's) and recorded for US TV pilots.
I offer online 1 hour or (1O hour bulk) Skype lessons (10 hours available for purchases on the shop homepage) covering a range of topics not just for guitarists but for musicians in general. While mentoring I have focused on areas such as performance, theory, business, instrument mastery, improvisation, ear training, transcribing, stylistic awareness, arranging, musical analysis and academic writing.
What you will need:
A good internet connection. Skype application available free for PC/mac & IOS/android on tablets and phones. A guitar (if you wish to have guitar lessons)
For beginners -
we can go through all the necessary steps to help you playing songs and start enjoying your guitar journey. Touch on every theory if you wish to or I feel it necessary to help you.
Intermediate players -
we can progress through any techniques, concepts, songs or theory to help you progress through your guitar journey. Dive into theory and how it can help open the fretboard or improve your understanding of music altogether.
Advanced guitarists -
that wish to take their playing, technique, theory and work to the next level. I can guide you through the steps needed for progression, enjoyment and employment in the music industry. Not just teaching songs and technique, for those wanting a professional direction, I use real examples from my professional work/tours. I also dive into my approach to learning material, quickly, effectively, training my ear for improvisation and maintaining a high level of playing ability.
Lessons will be conducted through Skype and arranged through email. Through me receiving confirmation of your purchase, I will also receive your email address. This way you will receive an email from me in order for us to discuss any further details, so I can get an idea of your experience and how I can help you. For me to understand what you would like to learn, if anything specific and arrange the necessary times and dates for the lessons to be conducted.
